2. Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items without original packaging
  • Discounted or clearance sale items
  • Consumable goods like juices, supplements, and soaps once opened

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after:

  • The returned product is received and inspected
  • The issue is validated by our quality team

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or wallet

Refund Timeline:

Processing typically takes 5–7 working days after product approval.

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer, we can also replace your product instead of issuing a refund when:

  • The same product is in stock
  • The issue is verified

Replacement is processed at no extra cost.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund for prepaid orders will be processed within 3–5 working days.

7. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivered

If the product you received is:

  • Expired
  • Incorrect

Please report it within 24–48 hours with images/videos.
